RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase

RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We will provide return instructions once approved
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@falconpro.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used chemical products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Products not in original condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
CHEMICAL PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
FalconPro Industries sells professional-grade automotive and cleaning chemicals that require proper handling.
By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:
- You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions and safety guidelines
- You assume all risk associated with the use, misuse, storage, and handling of our products
- You will test products on a small area before full application
FalconPro Industries shall not be held liable for:
- Damage to vehicles, surfaces, or property
- Personal injury resulting from improper use

All products are used at your own risk.
EXCHANGES
To receive a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days, provided:
- Product is unused and unopened
- Original packaging is intact
Hazardous material restrictions still apply.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
By completing a purchase with FalconPro Industries, you agree to the following:
- You will contact us first at Sales@falconpro.com to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Provide order details, delivery confirmation, and communication records to your payment provider
- Dispute illegitimate chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law
Claims such as:
- “Item not as described”
- “Unauthorized transaction”
- “Item not received”
May be challenged using:
- Shipping carrier confirmation
- Order verification data
- Customer communication history
Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be:
- Restricted or banned from future purchases
- Reported to fraud prevention systems
FRAUD PREVENTION
