FalconPro Industries manufactures and sells professional-grade automotive, detailing, and cleaning chemical products.

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by FalconPro Industries.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Once accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include applicable taxes. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Orders that contain only accessory items require a $35 minimum.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.
